About Olivia
Olivia Lenssens was born in Belgium. She joined the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp there, where she earned her Choreographic Studies Diploma in 2015. Her training was marked by learning the Vaganova method, which deeply influenced her artistic sensibility.
She continued her dance career internationally — with Alberta Ballet II in Canada, then at the North Bohemian Theatre in the Czech Republic, where she performed soloist roles in the major ballets of the classical repertoire. In 2019, she joined the Vanemuine Theatre in Estonia as a soloist, notably portraying Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Maria in The Nutcracker, and principal roles in Swan Lake.
In 2025 she earned her Diplôme d'État de Professeur de Danse Classique at the Centre National de la Danse in Pantin, Paris, and joined the AFJD teaching staff in Lausanne — driven by a deep desire to impart artistic expressiveness, rigor, and elegance of classical dance in a supportive environment.

What Students Say
I really wanted to thank you for those two weeks of classes! They brought me so much and you also helped me a lot with several things — exercises that were difficult for me, advice and ideas for stretches. These last two weeks with you motivated me to work more and more consistently. I now feel more motivated and determined to strengthen my strengths!
Thank you, and I truly hope to see you again as these classes really made all the girls happy.
